Why love Thai massage? A happy body and a happy mind equal a happy life.
Do you at times feel like you need an extra push to do something beneficial for your own body? Are you busy and stressed, with no time to think of yourself? If so, here are the top 10 reasons to slow down and receive a Thai Yoga Massage!
Why Love Thai Yoga Massage?
Stress Relief - Thai Massage helps boost immunity and rid the body of stress by relieving anxiety, depression and tension!
Pain Relief - Thai Massage can help to relieve chronic pain.
Rejuvenation - Receiving massage can help you feel better, more focussed at work and to aid you in enjoying any sport or hobbies even more than you already do! Our bodies store memories physically, so receiving massage can also help rid the body of any lingering bad memories it is storing. You can bet you feel better after that!
Increased flexibility - The yoga postures and deep stretching in Thai Yoga Massage help to increase flexibility and provide a greater range of physical motion; this decreases the chance of injury!
Better Breathing - Increased circulation- Thai massage works with the rhythm of the breath and remember breathing more deeply can help you live longer! Thai Yoga massage also helps your circulation because of its mixture of both stretching and massage. A person with poor circulation can suffer from a variety of discomforts including pooling of the fluid in the extremities (like the toes), cold hands and feet, fatigue, and achiness created by an accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles. Good circulation brings damaged, tense muscles the oxygen rich blood they need to heal.
Metta Time Meditation - During Thai Yoga Massage you can take time for yourself and meditate; you feel relaxed , focused and will experience the decrease of stress.
Pranic Healing - The energy work in Thai Massage cleanses and unblocks energy lines in the body. A free flow of energy and prana helps you feel balanced and harmonized.
Non-Intrusive - As Thai Massage is performed fully clothed it is a very non-intrusive bodywork while still providing you with a full body treatment!
Increased awareness of body and mind - Thai Massage can help you understand the vital connection between body and mind. This helps you to be more present and increases awareness of yourself, your needs and your health.
